Luxury begins in the heart of Salt Lake City. Located on historic Edison Street, and only a few meters from State and Main Streets, The Warhol provides a perfect segue into the downtown area with access to the best food, culture, and entertainment. Furthermore, the Warhol is situated in a prime location with views of the surrounding mountains and foothills and swift access to recreational areas. Our perfect locale will suit both your outdoor and urban needs. The large three-story design gives you more than enough space and light. The high ceilings create a unique layout to attract anyone, and we guarantee you will love the authentic loft design, which is unlike anything in the residential marketplace. On the first floor you can find our large kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances along with a tastefully designed living room area, the main bathroom with soaking tub, and a fabulous place to relax in our window seat. The mezzanine above includes two queen sized beds along with washer and dryer for your convenience. Finally, the master bedroom is on the third floor and includes its own bathroom and king-sized bed. We have G- Fiber which provides super high-speed WIFI. We also offer storage space for any equipment you may want to bring, such as skis and snowboards along with free on site parking. Only 11 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport and 30 minutes from Snowbird Ski Resort, our loft is situated in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. A variety of crowd-pleasing restaurants, bars, shops, are within walking distance. Just walk down the stairs and enjoy a drink and/or a delectable meal at the new and popular restaurant/bar - Franklin Ave Cocktails and Kitchen rated Salt Lake Magazine's Best Restaurant 2025, located within the same building. On the same street enjoy out of this world freestyle street tacos at RocTaco or enjoy other lively bars and restaurants, just down the street. Additionally, we are within walking distance of the City Creek and The Gateway Malls where you can find many popular clothing retailers, eateries, movie theaters and other venues. Just two blocks away from the loft is Harmon's Grocery, the neighborhood grocer/supermarket where you can order food for delivery or pick-up, post your mail, and buy fresh flowers. If you enjoy sports, our lofts are situated just a short 6-minute drive (15-minute walk) from the Vivint Sports Arena where Utah's basketball and hockey teams, The Utah Jazz and Utah Hockey Club play and where concerts are also hosted. With many events such as film festivals, concerts, sports events, and more, our space offers the ideal location for any of your desires or interests.

Summary: This property couldn't have been more perfect for our group this week. We appreciated the free parking, the locked parking gate, the cleanliness, ease of checking in and out, and especially the location. We were within a few blocks of everything we wanted to do. Communication with Andrew was so fast and easy and he was very helpful and accommodating. We loved all the thoughtful details: lavender sachets on each bed, a tray of clementines, fresh flowers on each level, just to name a few. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished. We can reaffirm that RocTacos across the street has amazing tacos and Harmon's grocery store is just a block away, very convenient. I hate to leave such a glowing review because we want it to be available when we return! But it's well- deserved. We rent vrbos a lot and this was one of the best. accommodating

Summary: Excellent property! Super location in heart of downtown SLC. Our hosts were the best to work with and made our stay top notch. Clean, great patio, fresh flowers throughout home and really responsive hosts made our birthday getaway perfect. I would definitely stay there again and Andrew was awesome to work with.
